Been there, done that, though not quite that bad! When I moved to Florida a few years ago, my boyfriend and I used a rental truck. As he is not a professional truck driver, he backed the truck into the corner of our house and damaged the roof. Using professional movers for the second move was a no brainer. Just moved to another place in Florida using a local moving company in Orlando and let them do all the work. No damage to my house! Just make sure that they are a fully insured moving company.
I have heard of that happening more than once, never saw it myself though until now, LOL. Charlie
